World Class Research – More and More Patents at the University of Pécs

The University of Pécs had the most European patents in force in Hungary in 2020 alongside Richter and Egis – according to a recently published article in one of the Hungarian economic journals. The University of Pécs currently holds 161 patents, out of which 19 are domestic and 142 are international patents. International patents are implemented in cooperation with more than 20 countries, including Australia, China, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and France.
