Dr. Ildikó Papp, Director of Health Human Resources Policy and head of the project, said, "The ranking in the Responsible Employer of the Year 2024 competition is a strong acknowledgement that UP values its employees and provides them with a secure background. Discounted use of university sports facilities, provision of general fitness assessments, educational lectures, active recreation and charity programmes are important elements not only of the UP - For Families project, but also of the university's HR Strategy. We are committed to a responsible approach to employment, a people-oriented approach, a family atmosphere and opportunities for development. I believe that teamwork is at the heart of our corporate culture, which is deeply inspired and supported by the UP - For Families programme. This is why we are extremely proud of the OFA's recognition," the Director stressed.
