Changes in Entering University Premises

Following the government decision to lift most restrictions, here is the latest version of the Joint Order of the Rector and the Chancellor on the Order No. 20/2020 of Entering the Premises of the University During the State of Emergency in force from 1 June.

What has changed?

  • Chapter II./ Entrance Rules, General Provisions/ Article 3, sections (4) and (5) – you no longer have to wear a mask outside on university premises, only inside
  • Chapter III./ Special Provisions, Events/ Article 6, section (1) – from 1 June on it is possible to organize events that are characterised by direct personal contact, however, one week notice is necessary, during which the epidemiological risk can be assessed
  • Chapter III./ Special Provisions, Events/ Article 6, section (3) – if university premises are rented, the organiser of the event is responsible for compliance with the emergency regulations
  • Chapter III./ Special Provisions, Doctoral Training/ Article 11, sections (1) and (3) – courses, exams, final exams, admission exams, thesis defence can be organized online or in class
  • Chapter III./ Special Provisions, Sports facilities, swimming pools, other recreational facilities/ Article 13, section (1) – university sports facilities are now available for leisure sports (not only individual type of sports)
