Erasmus+ Application and dates

Dear Partners and Students,

We would be delighted to receive your nominations for Erasmus+ exchange students for Fall 2024/2025. All incoming exchange students should be officially nominated by the Home University HERE before sending the applications to the University of Pécs.

The nomination period for autumn semester: 3 April 2024 - 1 May 2024 
The application period for autumn semester: 17 April 2024 - 15 May 2024

More information about the Dormitory: at the beginning of July 

From the 2023/24 academic year, the University of Pécs will provide dormitory placement only for non-EEA citizens (those who need a visa to travel to Hungary). We will assist every other student in finding a suitable apartment to rent. We suggest that you join the Facebook groups such as Pécs Apartments For Rent, Pécs Flats for Rent / Apartments for Rent / Roommates, Pécs Flats For Rent, Flat for Rent Pecs students, or you can find many others on your own.

Study period: 2 September 2024 - 13 December 2024
Exam period: 16 December 2024 - different by faculties (until the middle of January approximately)

Spring semester dates 2023/2024: 
Study period: 5 February 2024 - 14 June 2024
Exam period: 17 June 2024 - different by faculties (until the middle of June approximately)

Application process step by step:

The applicant has to fill in the application forms and upload all the necessary documents to our online system. On this link you can find a step by step guide for this.

  1. The Sending University nominates the students at THIS online nomination platform. Do not use Hotmail, mail, windowsmail email addresses, please.  These do not function with our system. (We prefer Gmail.)
  2. After, we send an application email to the student's email address. Students have to click on the link which is in the email.  Get in contact with us if the nominated students do not receive any kind of email during the application period.
  3. Student has to submit the online application as soon as possible.
  4. The application process is finished when we send an official e-mail to the Student.
