We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we cannot conclude a grant agreement retroactively after you have left the country! Leaving without concluding the support agreement will result in the withdrawal of the scholarship.

You have to send it before your mobility starts:
Learning agreement - before the mobility
You have to send it after your mobility (within 30 days):
Validation form - (duration confirmation - proportional refund in case of deviation)
Transcript of records - Credit certificate in case of short term study mobility (Issued by the host university, no form is required)
Research report - in case of short term research mobility
