Attention!

It has come to the University of Pécs (UP) that an unknown person operating under the pseudonym Paul Jensen is selling allegedly UP’s Doctor Honoris Causa and Doctor et Professor Honoris Causa titles on the internet. This person claims to be an intermediary and asks for a referral fee for their services. The fraudster offers to arrange for the conferral of the titles above in return for a donation to UP.

Please note that UP is not connected with the person(s) or entiti(es) engaged in the abovementioned activities. We confer these titles upon renowned academics on a professional basis, in accordance with our relevant regulations. According to our information, several criminal proceedings are pending in Germany in this case.
