This MA-level program aims to train social policy professionals who, with their acquired theoretical and methodological knowledge, can participate on different (global, national, regional, local/community, or sectoral, organizational) levels in the formulation of policies in the field of societal and social policy. Our students can choose between two specializations during their studies: employment policy and territorial/rural development policy.
Social politicians employed by global, public, non-profit, or business organizations can contribute to the planning and operating of the social and human service systems. They can also represent employee, community, and social interests on territorial/rural, labor market, organizational, and sectoral levels. Social policy experts can also conduct theoretical research and participate in the development of social and social policy education and human innovation programs. They are ready to continue their studies in doctoral programs and manage social and human services or well-being systems.
