My name is Jhenifer Halm, and I’m a 2nd year International Relations student. Studying at the University of Pécs has given me the opportunity to diversify my range of possibilities. Aside from being fortunate to be awarded a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship, being a student in Pécs allowed me to experience a multicultural lifestyle, which was a significant factor in my decision to relocate here. I recognize that the decision to study abroad is more complex than it may seem, so I'm here to encourage you and answer any concerns regarding the university and everything within!

Recommendations for future students

My biggest recommendation is for you to get involved at the university by joining clubs, being interested in a broad range of activities, allowing yourself to meet new people who come from backgrounds different from yours (Eventually, you discover so many similarities that you never imagined). Challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone! Be curious, ask questions, take advantage of everything the University of Pécs has to offer and create your own memorable moments!
