The International Recruitment Office of the University of Pécs recruits students through various marketing activities in over 100 countries in America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Our activities include visiting local high schools and universities, participating in student recruitment fairs, and conducting both online and offline campaigns worldwide.
We are seeking a student assistant to manage the International Student Recruitment Office's English-language social media platforms. This role also includes supporting the office in responding to student inquiries, developing and implementing complex regional social media campaigns, event planning, and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) of the "Study in Pécs, Hungary" brand.
- Prepare the content calendar.
- Create and post the visual and textual content (shooting, image editing, video editing).
- Manage audience interactions (comments and messages).
Expectations:
- Must have active student status at the University of Pécs.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English, both orally and in writing.
- Have experience managing social media platforms.
- Be proficient in using image and video editing software.
- Work independently, accurately, and precisely.
Even better if you are experienced in managing other social media and video-sharing sites (LinkedIn, YouTube), you speak foreign languages other than English, you have work experience in a similar field, you know and can use multiple image editing software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, CorelDraw).
Working hours: flexible (maximum 80 hours per month)
Probation: 3 months
Salary: 1,304 HUF/hour
