Call for application - EDUC Online Career Diversification Course

The EDUC Alliance, consisting of eight universities, is launching an online career diversification course designed for teaching and research staff. The objective is to provide participants with an introduction to the fundamentals of research career diversification through an online training program. The main theme of this English-language course revolves around awareness and attention-grabbing strategies. We invite teaching colleagues to apply for participation in the following topics, which will shape the content of the course:

• Overview of Career Diversification
• Capacity Self-Assessment
• Capacity Building: Soft Skills to Enhance Your Career Opportunities
• Transitioning from Academia to Industry and Vice Versa

Starting in April, we will establish working groups for each module, where EDUC coordinators will assist in progress and provide technical support. Video recordings are scheduled to be completed by the end of May.

One selected instructor chosen by the EDUC University Alliance will receive a one-time gross compensation of 180,000 HUF.
