Visit of the University of Mostar delegation at the University of Pecs

A delegation led by the deans of Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Arts of the University of Mostar has paid an official visit at the Rector’s Office on 7 June 2018. Dr. Milenko Bevanda, Dr. Vlado Majstorovic and Stjepan Skoko deans were hosted by Vice Rector Dr. Gyula Zeller, director Dr. Istvan Tarrosy (Centre for International Relations) as well as Mr. Csaba Ruzsa head of the Strategic Office. This was a return visit of a similar delegation of the University of Pécs, which paid a visit earlier in May in Mostar. During that occasion, the two rectors had signed a bilateral agreement. The two universities have joint interest in implementing future student and staff exchange programmes for which they will apply for Erasmus KA107 mobility scholarships in the next application round. The deans’ delegation have also paid site visits at the respective faculties of the University of Pécs during the day. While on 8 June they have also met with the representatives of the City of Pécs as well as the County of Baranya.
