The International Spring continued with the European Days

The first night was the French evening. Starts with dr. Gyula Maksa’s lecture. Then we had a chance to watch an animation movie: Aya of Yop City.
At 21.00 we could enjoy French music at Szabadkikötő

 

The next day was Croatian day started with three exciting lectures:

-  Wonderful Croatia – Vesna Haluga, Croatia consul general’s lecture (in English, with Hungarian interpretation)

- Croatians in Hungary – Lecture of István Blazsetin, leader of the Croatians in Hungary Scientific Institute and the Department of Croatian.

- Papuk, Croatia’s first Geopark – Goran Radonic, leader of the Papuk Geopark’s lecture (in English, with Hungarian interpretation)

Then we could go to the Centre for Learning to see the artworks of the University of North’s students.

The night ended at Traffik with Croatian rock and underground music.

The Portuguese evening, on the third day was really interesting too, because of Evelin Hargitai’s lecture called: “Similarities in the history of Portugal and Hungary”

After that there was exhibition, documentary film showing and traditionally food tasting.  The night ended with the Portuguese Dance Evening.

 

The last day, German day, started with an exciting contest in the city about Pécs especially the German historic relics. Then we could go to the ceremonial preview of the “Religion and moral reformations in the view of the Reformation” monograph. Then the night ended with German dance show with the latest German songs (German retro disco with the 60’-70’-80’-90’ years hits)
